How to enter into Competition:
1) This competition is open to all ages, sex and physical condition
2) All we require are 5 pics showing basic poses.
( men will require to be in suitable posing trunks black or navy blue , Pics need to be taken with white background.)
( women will require to be in black or navy blue 2 piece swimming costume.)
- Pose 1 – Front Lat Spread
- Pose 2 – Rear Double Bicep Pose
- Pose 3 – Abs and Thigh Pose
- Pose 4 – Most Muscular
- Pose 5 – Side Tricep Pose
3) We will require a biography no more than 300 words, explaining why YOU are our person for ‘THIS IS WHAT I GOT’. Please state town / city of residence, age, weight and height.

Impact Road shows and Ronnie Coleman will choose 5 inpiduals to face of on stage and one will be chosen from every City. The final will be held on the last day of the seminar YOU could be the overall winner.
